Make a splash, whether that be racing down our thrilling flume rides or doing powerful lengths in our 20 metre heated indoor pool, kept at a constant 30°C.
Swimming is a great all round workout, as well as being a fun leisure activity. Whether it’s distance swimming you are into, or you prefer a more leisurely pace, the choice is yours.
We operate a colour band system which must be collected from Finlake Falls reception prior to entering both indoor and outdoor Swimming pools MUST pre-booked prior to your arrival (01626 563250), this is essential to avoid disappointment. Swimming is 1 hour duration at peak time for indoor 2 hour duration for outdoor pool.
All other facilities available for all dates (except Dec 25). Beauty treatments, café and shop not available Dec 25, 26 and Jan 1.

Explore underwater like a secret agent by piloting your own speedy yet silent sea scooter. You can learn to dive and perform corkscrews through the water with the help of our expert instructors.
A swim test will be conducted before this session, all participants must be able to swim two widths of the pool.

Our outdoor swimming pool combines the fresh air with gentle exercise in the sunshine. And with the excitement of a flume slide, you’re sure to make a splash!
Please note the outdoor pool is open from 10:00-17:00 Saturday and Sunday from 30 March 2024 and 7 days a week from the 20th of July – 1st September it will then reopen again for the October half term 10:00-1700.
Pre-booking is essential before arrival as this pool will also use colour banded time sessions. Bands need to be collected at Finlake falls reception prior to entry.
Our Finlake Flippers Swim School provides swimming lessons for all ages and abilities, to help you and your children can feel completely confident at all times.
We follow the Amateur Swimming Association Learn to Swim Programme to provide quality swimming lessons.
Children of 8 years old and under, or non-swimmers, MUST be supervised at all times by a competent adult who is also in the water (over 16 years old) no more than one arm’s length away.
All swimmers under the age of 14 years must be supervised by an adult (over 16 years old) in the pool vicinity at all times.
One adult (over 16 years old) may accompany a maximum of 2 children under the age of 8 in the water.
Haulfryn Group Ltd accept no responsibility for children left unattended by parents in the pool or on the pool side.
Please obey the lifeguards’ instructions at all times.
Twister – You must be 1.2 metres tall to ride the Twister. Children under 1.2 metres or under 8 years of age are not permitted on the flumes.
Tornado – You must be 1.2 metres tall to ride the Tornado. Children under 1.2 metres are not permitted on the flume.
Outdoor – You must be 1.0 metres tall to ride the outdoor flumes and be able to swim 15 metres unaided.
