Activities and facilities

We reserves the right to alter or withdraw amenities or facilities or any activities without prior notice where reasonably necessary due to repairs, maintenance, weather conditions and circumstance beyond its control.

Swimming Pools – Lifeguards and pool rules are there for customers safety and must be adhered to. Age restrictions apply in all our swimming pools and gyms for children under 16.

Fishing – A national rod licence is required for anyone over 12 who wishes to coarse fish in England and Wales. These can be purchased from a post office.

Activities – Please ensure that you arrive at the meeting point at least 10 minutes before the activity starts. Late arrivals or those who don’t show up without informing us one hour prior to the session may not be admitted but will still be charged. Children must remain under the responsibility of a parent or guardian. All activities must be prebooked at least one hour before the start time. Activities are subject to availability and may be cancelled or postponed due to adverse weather conditions. If cancelled, we may try to reschedule or will offer a refund. To book an activity please call 01626 563250, book online using the online booking system (if an owner, member, or staying on holiday), or visit Finlake Falls Reception. All sessions must be paid for at the booking time. Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice will not be refunded. Participants for all pool sessions must be able to swim 20 meters unaided. A swim test will take place prior to the session, failure to complete the 20 meter swim will result in the participant being unable to take part in the session, there will not be a refund in this circumstance. Any child under the session minimum age that have booked on will not receive a refund.

Please wear appropriate footwear and clothing for sessions:

– For Archery you must wear closed toe shoes as stated by Archery GB

– For Fencing, you must wear trousers or tracksuit bottoms
